Singing baritone for Music City Trio is the much esteemed Michael Helwig. He is no stranger to gospel music and is considered one of the great singers in our field. Michael is best known for his years spent with the Wilburn’s during the height of their ministry, and also his four year tenure with the legendary Stamps Quartet. Michael is a devoted Christian and loves God, which can be easily felt and heard when Michael sings and ministers. MCT is thrilled to have him as part of the ministry team and gospel music is a richer place having Michael in it.
